secret spots
A smart arse ( not me) would answer , the bloody mossies!
If it was me id say the bogan women.
back to the fishn.
Do you have a 4wd , as good old tims thicket and white hills just about always
produce something, there about 15kms south of mandurah on the old coast road.
If you feel like a blue as well as a fish just about any jetty or bridge should sort you there haha.
If your after a night fish , should be good for a cobbler or 2 along the many rockwalls there.
good luck.

If you feel like a blue
you better look somewhere else because the season is closed.

told ya!
on a more serious note....
A man has been stabbed in the back while fishing under a Gold Coast bridge.
Police say three men were fishing at Southport on Thursday night when they were approached by a group of about seven men.
A verbal argument broke out and a 30-year-old man suffered two minor stab wounds to the back. A 31-year-old man also suffered abrasions to the his face.
Both were taken to the Gold Coast Hospital for treatment.
Investigations are continuing.

I went past 4 morning between 5 and 7 at the inlet and was casting lure after lure, popper after popper, drift bait you name it. I tried everything not one bite until my Shimano Trinidad went off like the braid was tied behind a ferrari strike and I was on after a 12min fight I was left with the spool emty and 650m 30kg braid goneee dont ask me what it was it felt like a train what ever it was had no way of turning around. Someone said it's a Jap submerine say no more.
However about 15m to my left this morning was a bloke with blue bait and he was catching tailor after tailor .......
