Where can i get Mussel , Pipi's or any other type of shellfish ?

I trying to look around rivers but i cant find any but i saw someone actually left 3 pcs of mussles so i just fish with it

the reason imo there are none
the reason imo there are none or little in the river is because of the freshwater, u will find more on the lowest tides or closer to the middle of the river, not on shorelines where the freshwater concentrtion is higher till summer, try the ocean
