Where to put pots

New this season.
had my pots out b4 new year and caught a few whites while the run was on ...then was away for a while. I'd like to put them back out again.
Really only know a tiny bit about catching whites but hoping for some info on
What sort of depth am I looking for this time of year, do I put them on reef or just on the sand next to reef? any other info would be much appreciated

Out on the reefs and do 2 day
Out on the reefs and do 2 day pulls, look for ledges and bait up big!
We have ours between 30-35m depth..
