Does anyone have any advice, opinion or previous knowledge of price and quality for repowering a 6m glass boat.
I am looking at the mercury 150 4 stroke, suzuki df150 or df150ap or yamaha 150 4 stroke to repower my 6m voyager.
Seems bloody hard to get any solid information or pricing information without asking for a quote!

Wouldn’t a quote be the first part of the process??
If it were me, Suzuki or Yamaha would be my pick.
Mercury 4 strokes are good (reliable) but seem to drink a bit more juice!

150hp
Got a quote the other day for a Yamaha 150 four stroke, straight out of the book price was $18k, but they had a promo running for free gauge, prop and rigging which bought total costs down to $17,200 fitted. This price was also allowing $2.5k for old motor trade in.
Not sure if promo is still running but imagine if it is any Yamaha dealer would be in that ball park figure.

Give a man a mask, and he'll show you his true face...
The older you get the more you realize that no one has a f++king clue what they're doing.
Everyone's just winging it.
