Whiting
Brother (rocktron) and I had a chance for a quick fish a couple of days ago. Tried for squid early but didn't get any so went and had a look for some whiting. Found a spot holding some and whilst they weren't big we were getting one every drop or two. We ended up getting sixteen which was enough and the weather was a bit rough so we headed back in to Carnac to clean them.
had a bit of a play with some seals in there. We tried to spin up a herring to feed the seals and kind of just kept going as the wind had died right off. We decided to have a final crack at some more fish and long story short, ended up with five KGs. Smallest went 37, biggest went 46 and all were delicious.
P.s. was pretty happy with the haul until I saw the other thread loaded with KGs

Forgot to mention that my brother also lost his imitation gopro. So if anyone is diving around mew stone and finds one it will most likely be his. It fell out of his pocket whilst he was having a piss so presumably has some good footage looking back up as it sank...

Whilst your lamenting the other KGs posts efforts, I would enjoy your spoils happily. Nice feed (and good to see the quality control measures)
