Jigged Dhu from Saturday.
Perfect size for whole baked in the oven, fed 7, as good as seafood gets.

Around the 55-60 cm size is perfect for cooking whole in the oven.Whilst not big, he was a fat little bugger, and fed 7 people easily and had some left over for the next day cold. Surprising the yield you get whole cooked vs filleted, and as a bonus, you get the cheek meat which is the best of all.

As you said amazing the amount you get off it that way, I ended up getting all the meat off that didn't get eaten, and made the best red emp mornay going the next day. Mintox!!
