Might be worth heading down
Might be worth heading down to Maylands boat ramp on Australian Day night and watching everyone try to retrieve with a skinful in 22kn winds. It'll be more entertaining than the skyshow.

We braved it last Sunday
We braved it last Sunday morning...strong easterly heading to Rotto early...it dropped of not to bad before turning around 2pm...was cooked when we got back...legs were sore from balancing..
Ha Andy...Do you have much luck up sea bird April time....still hit and miss ?

That wind is shit everywhere. Been in port headland all week blowin it's guts out up here to . At least it's keeping the flies away.

Saturday was looking shite
Saturday was looking shite on Fishranger until it updated at about 3.30 yesterday. I'm claiming the change in weather. After seeing the forecast at about 2pm yesterday, I made other plans for Saturday morning. Get home from work and look again and see that it now looks great.
