Wireless reversing camera
Submitted by Ericl on Fri, 2022-11-25 13:46
I have been reversing my boat for may years through a relatively small gate into my backyard.
Always a bit of bugger after a long day on the water, so I am finally looking at getting a wireless reversing camera with screen
Looking for any suggestions from anyone who might have done this
Cheers for any responses

Looking myself
HI
Started looking myself ,as I bought a new trailer a few months back and the only one I could get my hands on at the time was a wide Dunbier, which is at least 30cm wider than the old one. So now I have about 4cm either side when reversing down the side of the house. After checking a few reviews I was looking at something like this Auto-Vox, which might work for you, although I wouldn't mind a bigger screen. https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07425TPBT?th=1.

Thanks Reefsta
I ended up going a little higher price and bought an Autovox TW1 from Amazon. I'll make some sort of quick connect bracket so will only use it when backing up at home, the camera is battery powered. It will also help on those occasions when I get home after dark which has been a nightmare up to now. I think it is a good price at $223. They seem to sell from $380 to in excess of $400 elsewhere. This one does come with a 5" monitor https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B08Y6R6DCD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
