Made they boys Dinner at work ,crumbed mully . 1 side fed us all . Trimmed every sign of blood off fillets. No lies it was unreal . Very firm it was gold . Now I stunk out control room ( pickled occy). God it stinks when you cook it in vin/mix . Turned out nice and soft . Made 4 jars up .Pizza followed by occy tonight gold.

Very under-rated eating
Sold extensively in SA as butterfish........properly filleted and bloodline trimmed it rates really well

Trust me they
Loved it . It is very under rated it’s how you kill , prep and fillet it . It’s up there . They do smell like crap when they hit deck .

Eating fish and not much to do it right. Dust it , fry it or smoked it's a great chew!
