Xtreme cryovac update
Hi all.
The dimersal season is closed and i know many of you are getting ready to do some well earned maintanance ont the gear and boat. Good to see the cray season open early to keep those who are keen interested.
I have recently landed a large number of the Evapack cryovac machines from Italy. This has been a very long process of negotiation and compliance.

Good to see a few are getting ready for Xmas.
For those out there wondering what the advantages are of using a cryovac machine I have listed down my tips and benefits.
1. Packing the food in a cryovac bag helps to maintain the freshness of the contents.
I pack all of my fillets in the cryovac bags and always experience excellent results in comparison to freezer bags of the past.
2. It avoids freezer burn.
3. Enables more efficient packing of your food for easier storage.
4. The security of the strong seal means there is no concern of contamination from water or other liquids when packed.
5. The machine is fun and easy to use.
The evapac cryovac machine can be used at home for domestic packing. I store all our meat products in the vac bags for freezing.
The machine can be used when preparing a camping trip. One of my clients packs every meal before leaving home. They even mix and freeze their damper to vac before leaving on their trips.
I also pack all of my bait. There is the option to seal with and or without the suction. This is very helpful when planning trips up north

Take two
My wife and I also pack all of our dry food in the vac bags when taking the kids on extended trips to Rotto.
Basically, you can pack what you want, when you want and be confident that your product is going to last as long as it can and come out in the best condition possible.

This is the best machine value for money on the market in my opinion. I have had a few others and only one of them was as good but was twice the price. Big thumbs up from me!

The cryovacs continue to be popular and I thank all of the FW community for supporting xtreme coolers and products. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this machine and now know it is a great product. The machine and bags are easily sent through Australia Post and as mentioned, I am offering free postage up to and including the end of December.

I am very pleased to announce that oceanside Tackle and Marine are now stocking the Evapac cryovac machine and are well and truely up to speed on the features and use of the machine.
