yallingup/dunsborough yellow tail kings

Hey guys

Heading down to yallingup/dunsborough for christmas and would love to target some kingys on the boat..

If anyone could point me in the right direction of area to find them that would be great, not co ords just a typical area.

thanks !!

I've caught a few trawling past Cape Naturaliste in the past, halco deep diver red head lures work best.

 Coral lumps off the cape

Coral lumps off the cape forsure, smuthered with them out there. 10 mile from the cape you can see the rises on a chart plotter if you have one.

they like lots of structure and big pinnicles and also bait. so if you can find the both of those together and use some kingfish techniques you should be in with a chance. You can find them on flat ground usually under bait schools though but mainly in and around reef complexs and rocks with lots of wash. It dosent have to be deep!!!!

Happy fishing
