Hey everyone,
Ive been a long time spectator of the site and finally signed up. This site has helped me immensely so im now hoping i can share what little knowledge i have and also gain some more.
Im in the market for a new demersal jigging rod and was wondering if anyone has used the Yamaga Galahad range before? I am looking at the galahad 604b (6' pe4 overhead) and will be matching it with a Marquesa ma20 running pe3.
Cheers,
Kyle

Yamaga Blanks
Welcome to the forum.
I have a yamaga galahad 59/3 but this has been outdated by their new range of jig rods (such as the 604b) which I haven't tried yet.
Compleat Angler Nedlands do stock some RippleFisher and Yamaga rods so it might pay to call them and see whether you can get a feel for the rod.
They make very nice rods, however they are fairly "plain-looking", so if you like bling you might be disappointed.

Thanks for that Ectopic.
How have you found the 59/3... does it perform for the high price?
Complete Angler Nedlands only have a 58/7 (i think) in stock and it felt like an absolute weapon so i was just chasing some reviews before i ordered the 604b in.
