yamaha 90hp 2stroke id help please

Hi everyone, just seeing if there's anyone that knows what the id numbers mean on my engine plate. Its a 90hp 2 stroke yamaha and i'm trying to work out the age of the thing so i can get a workshop manual.
Engine numbers are......
90AETO
6H1 L 488150
I've tried googling it but all i've found is info on US motors (different numbers apparently) any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers guys,

Might have a letter stamped
Might have a letter stamped into the metal at the end of the long number or in the bottom right corner.
Can be hard to see..
you will need this to work out the year I believe on this one!
