Reticulation end cap
I have seen a cobia 25ft with a black end cap of thick reticulation piping. You have to use a spanner to tighten or loosen. The diam of the holes is aprox 25 -30mm.

Mate, what type of boat is it? The US boats normally take fine thread bungs. Very hard to source here. I had to source one for myBoston Whaler. It was a 1 inch bung. Do you have further details? Boat Type & Year ?
