As carp are noxious species
in Australia I dont think you have any probs. The only stipulations are that you MUSTNT throw them back or use for bait.
Where did you catch the roach? There are some good shoals in the Yarra. Victoria.
I`d rather be fishin`!!!

its the depatmrnt of something or other cant remember. but it is best to contact them and more than likely you wont be able to fish there. and by the way its much better and more rewarding to go out and catch some edible fish in the ocean. i just dont see the point really of going and catching them. i personally sdo enjoy buff bream fishing and it is the same deal but i always make sure i can catch other fish that i can eat aswell. chances are in these ponds only contain carp and koi and IMO they better to leave alone and ;et other people enjoy them aswell as they are, in the pond were they asre sposed to be. but then again ,its JMHO!

Take as many of the pests as
Take as many of the pests as you like...just watch the blue rinse brigade that regularly feed the bastards in the local lakes, and prob have pet names for half the koi in their local stinking lakes.
I know for fact that the City of Mandurah regularly net several lakes in an attempt of eradication - come on down and catch all you want mate - I bet you never bag out...and you will be doing the CoM a favour. While your at it catch a few winged rats - pidgeons in the CBD and cull a few sulphur crested cockies from the heritage listed moreton bay figs (also a weed) *lmfao*
