YFT and Biltong

High protein low fat dinner. Cooked some YFT after marinading in olive oil, lemon zest, chopped garlic and lemon juice....cooked medium rare. Pretty good !1st time.
My chilli biltong is a secret though ;)

Having a south African boss has its advantages, Biltong is one of them, can get it quite easy over here in the east.
