Your plans for Christmas

I will be flying home for a few days to spend time with Sandy and family hoping to get out for a fish depending on the weather . Most importantly is family time.

What have others got planned.

All the best for Christmas to all, stay safe and hope you all get  chance to spend time with loved ones .

Yeah no doubt you'll be happy

Yeah no doubt you'll be happy to be home Russ, albeit briefly!

Had a shoulder reconstruction 2 weeks ago so I wont be doing much! Only consolation is that my wife decided last Christmas to do the extended family for lunch (hasn't happened for more than 10 years) so we've got 30 plus coming and I wont be able to move furniture, set up trestle tables, carve, wash dishes etc. etc. Just sit there eating and drinking. Perfect!!

Downside is I bought a new boat recently and that wont be getting used this side of mid-January.

Hope you get the boat out as planned and that you and everyone in the FW family have a great Christmas and a safe and happy New Year!

cheers!

Slumming it in Cairns

Sun, 2020-12-20 20:20

We're driving from C'von to Cairns at the moment ( Kununurra tonight ). Hitting Cairns on Xmas eve for two weeks of end with my favourite wife and the mutts. Low key Christmas Day is going to be on the cards. I know there's a bottle of Billecart Salmon and some antipasto consumption on the day. Mutts are going to be having some pork belly treats!
May everyone have an awesome day!

Home with the family / in-laws. Morning trip to Coogee beach to meet up with the rebellious half...then drop in see the old boy, then home to cook up lunch and get on it!! Will be missing me daughter whos in Belgium, she is safe and well and has a mate staying with her over Christmas so all good.

Had a great dive Sunday just gone...looking to do another tomorrow plus a mate wants a feed of whiting so will pull up and have a few beers and relax...trying to enjoy two weeks holiday which is well over due!

All the best Gents...Stay safe on the water, enjoy the family time even though you would prefer to be fishing.

Open

We are going to be open till around 1300 then shut the door. Sit back put the feet up and relax.

If someone is stuck for fuel we may open the door depending on how much is left in my can and I need to get a refill.

From what I understand, Billabong is shutting at 1300 as well, and haven't heard what is happening at Overlander
