still recovering from a badly busted hand im stuck to using the light gear and after loosing 4 i managed to stop this one on some new gear im testing. 3012H certate, Assassin amia 8ft rod, 20lb JDB braid and a rapala xrap sxr14 lure. nailed it right at my feet before taking half the line off my reel.

good effort only caught some salmon there
has any one caught giant herring in albany because on my last trip a got one big one off a school of salmon
i need cheaper hobbies

my brother has landed 3
my brother has landed 3 giant herring from 5 hooked down here. fairly rare but it does happen.
