Pretty easy one here, works really well with child wrangling.

Tip a tin of Canellini beans, punnet of cherry tomatoes and a pile of chopped Kalamata olives into the bottom of a baking dish. Squeeze some garlic into the mix, add some chopped parsley or oregano or whats fresh? Tip in some white wine. Pop bit of fresh fish on top, dollop butter on top of the fish then throw into a preheated oven @ 180 degreesfor 20min. 

Serve!
