That in everyones book is certainly not a 33cm bream. You measure from nose to tip of tail, and others measure nose to fork. Legally it is nose to tail. A full wooden ruler would be about 33cm with the extra bits on either side, and that aint a ruler.
Otherwise you have taken a photo, thought it was the 33cm one and posted the wrong photo.
Im just trying to warn, because if you think that is legal I suspect you will get them all wrong!

i put a few thin strips of electical tape on my rod and use it as a messure, works a charm and its one less thing to carry, or get to know your forearm! mines 27cm, good to know these things when your cant find a messuring tool lol
