shitty n/easterly,dead calm,temp23.5 on the surface,no signs of birds,went in near the reef,saw some birds starting to work,dropped a strippy and then got some nice tailor for tea,all on gold twistys,wifes happy,
whats your verdict, if a boat is working an area getting tailor should 5 other boats crowd the area, is this pinging

just looked dead until a westerly came in, major feed time was when they came on the bite

Catch suggests breakers near by, probably a known spot by others so maybe not pingers?

Mmm- Fresh tailor for dinner. Very nice coated with breadcrumbs and on bbq hotplate.
I always get boats around, looking when catching tailor near reefs,but usually thet can't get in close where the tailor are hiding.
Enjoy the fish,that's what matters.
