We've kept a couple of the smaller sambo's and they tasted pretty good. I think it is a bit like the trevally curse how everyone rekons they taste like shit, Untill you try the fish you should't make coments about how they taste.
You can do the smaller ones up and make them taste pretty good with seasoning. Whilst they may be considered a 'sport fish' they are also not the worst on the tooth, but certainly not the best either. :) Think I'd take the dhuie first. :D
