Chinaman I caught today. Probably a bit smaller than average but still makes you work. These fish go hard.

there is a difference between the chinaman fish and chinaman cod. The one I just posted is a chinaman fish and it is the species referred to regarding ciguatera poisoning. It's only a problem on the east coast. In WA they are safe to eat.

I got two Stellas BJ, a 20000 and my 8000. The 8000 is a fantastic little reel. It's my favourite. It is perfect for running 30-50lb.
