Yeah, caught that last week trolling a dark back, silver underside Yo-Zuri, up along Dampier. it was a great little fight for the first 20 seconds or so, then I thought I had a "trophy" fish. I was extra thrilled to find that it was no "trophy" fish and a cracking trout!
About 12 metres. we tried dropping baits on the spot a couple oof days later, but no partner for my trout. I dont know if they are territorial and therefore only one lives in a particular area, or if they are happy to have a few in the area.

I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.

Nice Trout Sea Hunter. We had a spot in Gnaraloo where all we caught were Coronation Trout. Seemed to be their little playground. That was in 30m.
Love the West!
