Ta Taste! This one was a real cracker, and it was served on a bed of rice tapioca noodles to bulk it up, as well as absorb the tasty dressing and cray juices.

Actually the punchline is she cooked this one.
I was out of the house a little longer than expected yesterday arvo, so she whipped it up while I was out - a very unusual occurance.
I was out earning brownie points, I had Otto out of the house while she tried to knock off some work, and at the same time, I was with a FW member buying a new boat.
Needless to say, more on that one later ;)
