Hmmm, stickers. Thinking of perhaps plastering the transom with a bunch of ones from manufacturers I like. I wonder if I should name it too.
Is pretty easy to launch and retreive by myself luckily. Trailer is really easy to pull the boat up on.
Lots of extras add up on the boat. Ouch. Sounder/charts and extra safety gear (offshore flares, EPIRB, VHF, extra fuel container, nav lights) added up to at least half what the boat cost . Luckily I'd already planned for all that though (so was expected). Still, important having a decent sounder so I can actually find fish (and the 798 makes it nice and quick thanks to SI and fully linked in chart plotter), plus safety gear is probably well spent (cant put a price on your life). Then theres all the other stuff of course, tools, baitboard, esky, electrics, bits and pieces, etc, etc. Hehe.
Though, did take her out about 7nm out from woodies, so had to have all the safety gear anyways.
Just the shot for sneaking out for a quick fish for Pinkies in and around GI, funny how you forget all the costs when you have a fish or 2 on board.. I know I do....
Yeah, I forgot about that long ago. I dont like to think how much it actually costs me to take a day off work to go fishing, but cant think of it like that or you'd never go :p.
Took the boat out just short of the 5 fathom on Sunday. Would love to find some pinkie grounds out there, as they are my favourite demersal fish.

Tinnies
Plenty of fun to be had messing about in tinnies. Plenty of BIG fish to be caught as well.
Nice feeling getting your own rig. Now you've got the performance pressure of being the 'skipper'. lol
