Dhufish wings and belly with salad

I decided to skin and debone the wings and belly from the Dhufish I got with Lamby and Matt on Thursday, then it was straight onto the BBQ.
The results were totally delicious. Usually I just BBQ it scale side down but my partner is always worried about bones, both for her and my son Otto ... Maybe Mightymouse is onto something there.
