Coupla top long nose there John! I think I saw in one of the other photos you said they weren't very good eating, or that you wished they were reds.. I've never eaten one, are they any good or better off releasing and taking something better?

Smaller longnose (3-4kg) are beautiful to eat. The larger fish have coarser flesh with lots of rubbery sinew in it. Good sportfish but better off released in the XOS range.
