Just went down and got some of Gully's finest - coconut cream, nando's coconut lime & coriander with medium peri peri and as a change up a bottle of thai green curry with lemongrass. Should be able to make up some sort of interesting concotion. :) Oh yes.

Question - I realise this is an old post
However, I have always wanted to know how the painted/ornamental goes on the chew compared to the western red. Are there any notable differneces in how there cooked apart from time obviously?
