yer i agree i was so into beach and boat fishing but as its becoming increasingly hard to get down there (live midland) i started down the river, sandy beach in basso, any way i was hooked once i found i could actually catch bream on lure they are so much fun and its good excersice walking up and down the banks. would reckomend this style to any one, not big but awsome
With our weather down here in albany in the last 6-9 months being so poor to go out wide, I have more recently been bream fishing on lures. The guys down here have been awesome with their help. Just recommending lures and actions etc. I am now using 1lb fireline with 4 lb nitlon leader and sx40's. Have generally ended up with a bream on every outting. It is addictive once you hook up and land bream on such light gear.
yer i agree its addictive although i use 5lb braid and 6lb mono leader and also use the sx40, ive only caught on this lure, but im sure that the bream down there get heaps big hey, lets us know if you land a big one, got family down there so might have to make a holiday down there for a bream sesh.
