nice effort d00d. what gear
nice effort d00d. what gear did you get that on?
was looking at the buy/sell section and saw a penn 6/00 114H up there for sale, recon thats the one you should be looking for. Heavy duty reel that is suited for the beach as a little sand wont do it much harm. A tld25 is all good, but less capacity and with the lever drag it wouldnt be a good idea taking it on the beach.

Hard one
Getting the first good one always seems to take forever but after that they come in as easy as pie.
Bet the hand was shaking when you finally got it in.

Awesome.
Over the last month i have literally put in 100hrs + fishing for mulloway for nothing.
Live baits, strip baits, dead baits, all likely spots where they have been caught before, I am so over it.
You are so lucky, what did you get it on?
Great fish, and I hope to post one up soon.
