Haha no
its mainly fallen to either snags or changing lures alot. I use small clips sometimes to make changing lures easier and to conserve line, but even though it doesnt make alot of difference, the clips still occasionally "spook" the fish.

Nah I've neve landed one at night, they don't seem to feed much at night. I normally use live works as bait which I have actually almost caught one at night while I was using them, I was spotlighting into the water in the murray river and spotted a small Redfin sitting on the bottom which appeared to be sleeping and I dropped some worms right in front of it, had a few sluggish attempts at eating them but was hardly aware enough to eat them, quite interesting to watch!
