Nice shallow water Spangly in 2 metres of water. The boys got a few of these and had a ball.

Yeah he held it out a bit. It went 64 cm. We normally only keep Spanglies over 50 and I think the legal size is 45 which is pretty small once you knock the fillets off. My PB in the same area is 74cm which was a great fish.

45cm is a bit small really. Some people I know brought back some just size spanglies, I thought the poor little things were bream.
