Last night at mindarie

Last night at mindarie

the big tailor went 36 cm
the two smaller tailor went 31.5cm and 30cm
the snook went 32cm
the herring went 25cm
and i dont really care what size the yelowtail was!
great night- hundreds of good size tailor around----you know when theyre bitin lol
someone hooked up to a good size ray(didnt land it-lost in a snag at the rocks
) and another guy hooked up to a lovely bronze whaler------ unfortunate because we were too high up to use our gaffs.
overall a lovely night perfect wind and everything.

I am pretty sure you can. I think they taste a bit like trevally. I know they make pretty good Mulloway baits.
Did you catch those of the main wall? Was there many people there?

Colin. we caught them on the main wall and with the road closed there were more people there than i wouldve thought. everyone was hooking up at the same time, tangles everywhere, lost fish- everything.
i think ill be keeping the snook for bait. we were gonna have them last night but a member of the family wasnt here and they wanted some fish so were having them tonight
