Its the only reason ill keep a skippy these days. The rest go back. Always keep one for sashimi while we clean up at the end of the day with a few beers. I rekon there just as good if not better than tuna.
The western king wrasse is actually pretty good as a breakfast fish - sweet, soft, white fillet and they make pretty good bait too - I'll use the smaller maori wrasse for bait - the skin is tough so stays on the hook better than mulies and seems to work pretty well - bit of a problem is that wrasse are cannibals so you end up catching more of them as well but I use the bigger ones for dog food anyways :-) - nothing goes to waste.

Can buy a stainless steel one from Kmart for around 50 bucks mate, dont go with steel as the last one i had rusted away!
