Mothers Day Lunch

Take one 2.4kg Montes Mud Crab, A HAMMER, fresh chilli, garlic fish stock, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, peanut oil and coriander/ spring onions to garnish and you have the perfect Mothers day lunch. Add some fresh white bait and fresh squid and you cant go wrong.
You gotta love eating your own catch (ok I bought the whitebait) but caught the squid. The big Muddy froze exceptionally well and Mum (my wife) was so impressed she said I can go again next year.

Very nice - I got one same size in Hedland a few years back - nasty little buggers when they are that big - but taste great and yeah we found that they freeze great
