Mrs with her maiden trout

Went out today for more of a play on the beach than anything else. Seeing as the weather was so kind, pulled up on a spot for just on an hr... fishing plastics and Tara bags her first ever trout. She was pretty happy to say the least.

Weather has been average here too John but bit the bullet yesterday and got out there and it was bloody lovely. Holidays not too far off mate and we will have the pick of the days. Will have to organise a weekend down there one day with yourself and James or likewise you guys up here!
Hey Craig, sounds like you made the most of the free booze, was it as messy as last year or did all the chalkies behave themselves....hope not :-) :-)

Went out Sat and Sun. Saturday was more than a little jadded after Nutsies opening of his new Oceanic Offshore Commercial Diving Complex. Nothing like good company and free beer!!!!!
Sunday looked perfect but did it howl after 12. Couldnt go earlier. Had to drop the youngster off at work at KFC. Next time he can bloody cycle and we will be out at 6am whem it looked special.
All in all a smacker trout.
