I think the eye grapple is back in fashion, its better than the gaff through the head in the other shot. Probably won't matter much as it would take a gutsy man to release a fish like that!!! That is one top mulloway from the stones, rate that catch!

I haven't caught one in ages but can still remember the distinctive smell. Do all Mulla's have that same smell or is it just the soapies?

I have caught them from SA to Exmouth from rivers , eustuary's , beaches , in shore and off shore , big and small and they ALL smell the same .
