Is that an addon?....ali? safety (buoyancy....following sea etc) or helping get to plane, economy thing.

yep it is a mod for someone
yep it is a mod for someone , boat very unstable (even under power) so these are to combat this. each side has three different air locks in them (incase of damage) and a more pronouced chine angle for a bit of lift although the owner is a real nanny driver and most of the time boat is lucky to even hit the plain, am going to try post start to finish pics later
