how do you find the spheros with that handle? has it come loose on ya at all... why i ask is, i did the same to my 14000fb with one of those knobs but it would continually come loose on me. right royal p*** off fishing with a screwdriver in your back pocket.
in the end i spent a few bucks extra and upgraded it to a saragosa handle and its been magic ever since.
ruste13 - the tackleshack mate, thats where i get all my fishing stuff from.
scere_182 - yeh i remember you came in tackleshack once when i had work experience asking for a extra large knob for you spheros lol, i find mine pretty good so far, hasnt came loose yet but it could be a bit tighter i guess.
yeah colin it is, cant wait till we go up and i get the chance to finally use them, the stradic and twinpower have never been tested yet :) did you manage to get them days off from work?
russ, the handles are quite cheap, there only around $30-$35 plus fitting, much more comfy than the stock spheros handles.
wodf, everything i guess, never been up north fishing so im taking all sorts of rods so i can cover everything, hopefully ill finally get into some good fish.

Cheaper
Use a drop of your missus' nail polish, lot cheaper than Loctite and does the same job.
