Well done , I just happened too be looking at the new rules , and fyi the  moles are fair game till 15th oct. but I also noticed a rule about

transporting snaps caught outside ban area can only be transported thru ban area if no line fihing takes place ( within ban area , the expanded one), so i am reading if I get a pinkie this week outpast

the 5 , ( probabal) I then cannot stop inside area on way home to catch some skippy or squid ( which we do quite often) , seems a tad harsh and easy to get caught.

Thoughts? as surley its in our system for them to prove you did wrong , not beholdant on us to prove we are right.

Stupid. I do same have a good day ( early Finnish) catch squid or tailor on way in. It would be obvious to most that your doing no wrong. I wouldn’t chance it . Rule is rule .also take 2 litre cordial bottle to urinate in ( pee while moving) you never know

Ha, that line of thought doesn't wash with fisheries regulations

Mon, 2019-09-02 16:41

That premise is how things used to be, now it is up to you to prove that you have done no wrong, at least that's the way I see a lot of new rules and regulations not only for fishing.

Nit picking?

Yeah cos just recently being up at shark bay , I made myself aware of the rules ( special) for up there , and even though

you can carry fish caught outside the banned zones thru closed zones , I cant see any rules conserning not line fishing as you pass through those zones.

Gee , they dont make these things easy do they?
