OTOSHI - Cormorant

Otoshi - This is a Comorant (commonly referred to in Australia as a SHAG).
There diet is fish, which they'll dive/swim under the water for. However, (as the other guys referred to), they will chase bait casted mullies etc, mistaking them for the fish they chase. This makes them a pest to fisherman.
You'll see them hanging around rock walls, groynes and on top of navigation markers etc, anywhere where they can overlook the water.
If you do a google on Cormorant (rather than shag) you'll find tons of info and images. :)
