What types of crays do you get over that way Andy? You guys can take them by hand spear if I recall correctly.

Beaver cay
thats beaver cay on the great barrier reef off mission beach, not far from home. BJ this area is a green zone so anything there is protected. We just get painted crays i think. We are allowed to use spearguns to catch crays, we do more scuba diving looking around than we do spearing.
