are they the same pearl perch from the eastern states that are ment to be closely related to our Wa Dhuies??? sure looks similar in shape and that.. good tucker id rekon aye dude???

Certainly does look a lot like a dhuie when they first come out of the water, even fight a bit like them.
Not to sure what they taste like, everyone I've spoken to rates them pretty highly. My fillets are currently chilling in the freezer waiting for another day. :)
