Another quality fish Poddy, nice one to add to the Mack. Good effort again. I don't know how you do it. We came across two young blokes free diving up at Gnaraloo recently. There we were fighting a nice mack and 100mtres away were these two guys, fins flapping heading back to their boat carrying a good Rankin trying to evade a rather large Hammer head (8feet according to them). Pure madness i say.
i hope not, because gnarloo is now included in the ningaloo marine park zone (and has been for a couple of years), ie: no taking of wrasse and cod by spear.....
dave thats one spot i cant wait to go for a look mate! fisheries mate of mine here was telling storys about the joint the other day and then you posted your report = drool
this fella came out of about 17m and yes all the battle scars are from him holing up! took a number of dives to extract before the big sandbar whaler that was cruising about had him for a feed.... i was rather pissed off tho cause id only just replace my shooting line that morning and this was the first shot with it! had to cut it to extract the fish lol so another new one needed doing lol

Fat
Nice fattie trout mate. Are the scratches from dragging him out of his hole?
The best reason for doing what's right today is tomorrow.
