Popped YTK

Popped YTK

The last time I threw this popper it was for GT's at the Monties. Looks like they work at 34 degrees South as well. I'll do the report when I have some spare time, it will be a good one.

Awesome work Tim. Guessing it was rather deep, but the YTK's were following jigging fish up, or was it around some washy areas where they hang a bit higher up?

Some awesome fish pulled from that part of the world, and cool to see one popped instead of jigged. Good to see theres tagging efforts too.

Matt it was pulled off a bombie exactly like those we'd pop for GT's. The surrounding water is 25-30m deep but in close the kings seemed to be all through the water coloumn. There was some spectacular stick baiting but will have to wait until I'm home (still at Sydney airport waiting....)
