Fished it a few times land based just walking out at dead low and flicking lures as hoards of trevally and queenfish come in on the tide.
Almost every cast is a hookup if you get on the edge but its easy to get caught out, you need to keep retreating as the water circles around you and its a bit of a trap.
Just short off Broome going up from Port hedland. Stayed there once and only LB in the system as above or from the beach at high tide, when its a lot like 70mile with lots of Queenies and salmon, both bluenose and threadfin.
ha ha that's right its littered with them , they used to ride around on there quad spraying for sandflies at dusk not sure if they still do this.
fishing can be good at times considering the hammering it gets through winter.
best to bring your own boat, just watch out for the tides or its along wait ! the caravan park staff are very help full with advise etc
