This day in the not so distant past we had Salmon,Dolphins,Seals, Turtles and a small hump back on the same day in the sound!

that is cool hey, Watched a fishingwa program which was similar with heaps of salmon in the sound and evry cast was a hook up.  Probably one of the most diverse areas for animal life!

That year there was a heap of schools like that all the way up to woodies never seen it since probable want .Maybe they missed the turn and got sucked through the coat hanger

That was the year I got my two daughters onto their first sportfish. We launched at Woodies, went around the wall fifty metres off the ramp and found salmon busting up baitfish 30 seconds after launching. 10 minutes later they had their first salmon each and thought this sportfishing game was easy peasy.

They found out it wasn't so easy this year but they still got onto some good fish after a bit of effort.
