I opened it in paint, and the nose is 2cm over, so would be 38cm with the tail as is, but if you squared up the tail you could get 37cm pretty easily. I say kudos for not stretching the tail as far as you can :p
Besides, the important thing is not the exact cm size but just that it was a pretty good sized bream . Well done original teenage.

mate dont mean to talk ya fish up but id say 40cm ish as the nose over hangs by what looks like 4 cm and the tail is still at 36 cm :)

Think brenz is right
Looking at the pic it may be closer to 40cm.
Tail is sitting on 36cm and the nose hangs over.
Great fish any way.
