I've got one of the Condor 7's as well but it is an engraved prize in the wooden box so hasn't been used yet.

Interesting selection, I have a finer 8 or 9'' for pelagics as well. I just needed something shorter and stiffer for the reefies and a big fat skinner!

Have 1 Dexter Russell and 2

Sun, 2011-12-25 21:32

Have 1 Dexter Russell and 2 Swibos for all my filleting. They stay at home and never go on the boat but they are worth every cent I ever paid for them when it comes to cleaning fish.

They all hold their edge well and sharpen up well.
